The purpose of this document is to inform Users about the conditions under which 10.03.53 collects, stores, uses, and processes the personal data of Users on its Site (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy").

1.2 Personal Data Collected
Personal data is information that allows the direct or indirect identification of an individual, particularly by reference to an identifier or a name.
Personal Data is collected by 10.03.53:
- Either directly on the occasion of information voluntarily completed by Users on the forms present on the Site, notably during newsletter registration or when ordering a product.

No sensitive personal data concerning Users is collected, namely personal data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union, personal data relating to health, or sexual orientation.
1.3 Purposes of Collection
The personal data of Users is collected and processed by 10.03.53 to enable 10.03.53 to:

- Create and manage a customer account;
- Execute orders, carry out operations related to User management (delivery, tracking);

- Comply with the legal obligations applicable to 10.03.53’s activity;

1.4 Storage Period
